2008 November > Mia Michaels At The Dance Zone

The Dance Zone recently had dancing & choreograph legend Mia Michaels in their studio for a guest appearance and workshop. Mia Michaels has become famous for her work with artists such as Prince & Madonna and recently for her work as a judge on the show So You Think You Can Dance. Over 30 girls were there for the visit and work shop. A lot of these girls dream of being like Mia and it was evident that day. The excitement and smiles I saw on all of their faces was unbelievable. I think it’s safe to say it was and is going to be one of the most memorable days of their lives. The Dance Zone offers dance instruction to children, both male and female, between the ages of 2 – professional. Their dance forms include ballet, tap, jazz, acro and hip-hop.
