This program was created with the intent to help individuals manage their anxiety and worry. Our relaxation program may also help with individuals who experience difficulties with depression, physical health concerns, stress issues, and insomnia.
This opportunity is also a great way to meet new people, receive support, and give yourself that much needed break.
