Picaso Invites SNAP for a Haircut

When walking into Picaso Hair Studio, I only had one rule for Frank Salerno, hair stylist and co-owner of the salon – “No style that would involve more than 5 minutes of prep in the morning.” A haircut was long overdue for me at that point, but as part of their campaign of offering 100 free cuts and blowdrys, Picaso’s Cathey Salerno thought it would be fun to invite me and the camera for a unique experience at Picaso. Because of that, I was about 4 weeks overdue when I walked in there. Although looking at some of the pictures, you may think it was a bit longer.
The experience started as most do in the salon; a shampooing in one of the washing stations, followed by a new experience for me, the scalp massage. If the day had ended there I would have been more than satisfied. But, it was on to Frank’s chair after the massage. After a short period of time the man who walked in with half mutton chops and a perhaps the making of a killer mullet, walked out a little more GQ than before the styling. I want to thank Frank, Cathey, and the entire team at Picaso for a great experience and invite all of you to check them out by visiting 7850b Weston Rd or by calling (905) 851-9106.
