Epicurean Italian Society Dinner at Vinsanto

Great food has always had the capability of bringing together great company. On April 2nd at Vinsanto Restaurant in Vaughan, The Società Italiana Dei Buongustai (Epicurean Italian Society) enjoyed a fabulous evening with an abundance of fine cuisine that included delectable appetizers, followed by a five course Italian meal, as well as a wine pairing demonstration whereby guests enjoyed a different wine that perfectly complemented each course. The Epicurean Italian Society gathers together periodically and only at restaurants they deem to be the cream-of-the-crop in terms of fine Italian dining in the GTA. Over the course of the evening, Renowned Painter Daniele Procacci created a painting out of selected wines, and the piece was placed for bid during the silent auction. The gathering was spent quite enjoyably with old friends and loved ones at Vinsanto on April 2ns – truly one of the dining gems right here in this community.
