Culture Days and Doors Open Vaughan

As part of Culture Days and Doors Open Vaughan, the McMichael Art Gallery in Kleinburg encouraged those who were interested to drop in for a visit and take advantage of, not one, but two free admission days. With the colours of fall providing a breathtaking background, guests were more then welcome to roam the beautiful grounds or, if they wished, participate in a few guided tours. The "Behind-the-Scenes" sessions also included curator talks describing what people were seeing throughout McMichael. On day 2 of this event, visitors watched special presentations by local merchants The Green Door Tea House celebrating the British tea tradition by offering some free tea tasting; complimented greatly by followed by baked goods samples provided by La Strada located in Woodbridge.
