2nd Annual Human Library

In celebration of Culture Days 2012, Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) hosted its second annual Human Library on September 29. An interesting array of Human Books, including stories on arranged marriage and the recollections of a cop turned writer, were available for “checkout” at Maple Library. This variety of stories, as told by the books themselves, gave an interesting take on storytelling, and hopefully gave those in attendance a great chance to absorb the text as they were told the stories straight from the author's mouths.
