BEAR-Able Gift Toy Drive at Sylvan Learning Centres

The Cancer Recovery Foundation of Canada is a national non-profit registered charity that annually assists children and their families who are facing the hardships of a cancer diagnosis. Each year, the Bear-Able Gift Bag program, delivers hundreds of gift bags filled with of toys, games, books, activity sets and other fun items to children receiving medical treatment for cancer in our network of more than 200 hospitals and oncology centers across Canada. The Foundation relies on generous individuals and partner organizations to donate new toys, products and games for the BEAR-Able gift bags. This year, 11 Sylvan Learning Centres in the GTA partnered with the Children’s Cancer Recovery Project to collect donated toys for the BEAR-Able Gift bag program. These toys, games, books and crafts will help to Create Smiles and Inspire Hope to Children undergoing Cancer treatments this holiday season.
