An exciting new Photo Gallery Program exhibit by photographer Sandra Scarpelli, LPPOC, filled the East Side Gallery wall at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts in December. The theme was Toronto revealed through the lens of a very artistic eye. Part of the proceeds of any photography sales in this program will go to local charities.
