Vaughan Public Libraries' LEGO Mania

On January 18th, boys and girls between the ages of 6-12 spent a PA Day at Bathurst Clark Resource Library and took on the challenge of building a spaceship out of LEGO. LEGO Mania is a reoccurring event at various Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) locations, even taking place at Ansley Grove in Woodbridge the same day. LEGO Mania gives children the chance to let their imaginations soar, harnessing creative skills while gaining confidence after a job well done. The kids at Bathurst Clark certainly got a kick out of the spaceship project and we’re sure more than a few were wondering how they could get themselves into a much bigger one after creating its prototype.
