Maple Toyota Awarded 4th Pinnacle Award

A local car dealership has accomplished something that no other dealership of its kind has been able to. Maple Toyota was awarded the Pinnacle Award last month for their outstanding customer service. While receiving the award once would be a monumental feat, this is the fourth Pinnacle Award for Maple Toyota – making them the first and only Toyota dealership in the GTA to do so. A few members of their staff also received individual awards. Richard Mahlo (1st time winner) and Antonio Tang (2nd time winner) were also honoured that afternoon, taking home their own, individual Pinnacle Awards after ranking 3rd and 6th, respectively, out of 472 Sales Associates in their network. The awards are based on feedback received from customers who have both serviced and/or purchased vehicles from Maple Toyota in 2012.
