Fit for Heart Boot Camp
Vaughan Fit Body Boot Camp hosted a day of fun and fitness to encourage the community to live with a healthy heart. Being fit and physically active is one of the essentials to good health and well-being. While schedules make it difficult at times to incorporate consistent exercise, Vaughan Fit Body Boot Camp provided a solution by showing guests that, if they can exercise for only 30 minutes at a time on 3-4 days per week, they can achieve incredible fitness results. Along with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Vaughan Fit Boot Camp hosyed an entire day of 30 minute boot camp sessions. A minimum donation of $20 was required, with 100% of proceeds going to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
