Rev It Up for SickKids Rally
Dedicated to unity and charity, the highly anticipated Rev It Up For SickKids event returned for its third annual appearance. Similar to last year, it saw much success and an increase in supporters. Enthusiastic riders and countless supporters came by ready to make a difference in the lives of many children who depend on foundations, like SickKids, for care and treatment. On site, were motorcycles, celebrity vehicles and Limo Party buses ready to provide an unforgettable cruise to those in attendance. From Vaughan to the Toronto SickKids Hospital, everyone had the opportunity to see the beautiful surrounding landmarks. Special appearances by the Toronto Argo Cheerleaders, the Beiber family, Bruce & Holly Johnson from Motorcycle for Miracles and many more, were also made. And, if that isn’t enough, live entertainment, great food and fantastic raffle prizes were also provided.
While enjoying the scenery and the fun activities, those in attendance were helping the Rev It Up team reach their goal. This year’s goal was to raise $100,000 for leading edge equipment for the Hospital, Camp Oki, The Sarah Smith fund and The Alyssa Rae Johnson Fund. And due to the commitment of the Rev It Up team and their gracious sponsors, not only were funds raised, joy was also in the hearts of those who came.
